The TL;DR -vv of my current life:
- "Jack of All Trades, Master of None" is my current state of being. I like to tinker.
- I have my undergrad degree in physics and mathematics. Originally I planned to go into astrophysics before getting sidetracked into DevOps. It's been a bit of a ride.
- I am a co-founder of City of Light 2.0, a group that is working to bring ISP competition and residential, broadband fiber to the Buffalo region.
- I am a chapter leader for the Buffalo Chapter of Girl Develop It, an organization that helps women pursue careers in software development.

- We have a sister chapter in Rochester, about an hour an a half away (GDI ROC on Meetup).
- I am a chair for the Buffalo March for Science.
- I also collate resources for students <18 that are interested in STEM because I would not be where I am today without programs geared toward young people.
- I have a list of relevant programs and events for younger students here.
- I have two cats, a grey girl named Luna and a brown and cream colored boy named Hershey. Luna is a well behaved princess, Hershey is the most dog-like cat you'll ever meet. Who gets into trouble. A lot.
- I have Celiac disease and it sucks less than you'd think.
- I really like chocolate.
